As part of our Safety First culture, we empower our entire team to challenge others if they believe something is not safe. They are actively encouraged to speak up and look out for all those around them. This includes detailing instances of excellent practice, or opportunities that we can use to learn from to improve our performance going forward.

Learning From Exercises (LFE’s) are part of our process. Should there be an opportunity for the industry to learn from an incident or situation, we are keen to understand how improvements can be made and then to share the findings with all those around us. 

Continued development of our culture is also key. We understand that we cannot afford to sit still at any time, and regularly engage with other industry leaders to positively adapt our processes to improve our performance whenever possible.
